Correct care of your hairpiece will keep it wanting healthy and new for as long as clip doable. Hand-tied wigs are more delicate, as each hair is hand-tied, so please handle more carefully. Aggressive brushing will cause the knots to loosen. If not treated delicately it’s possible you’ll experience hair loss after just a few months. *Special Instructions For Hand-Tied, Monofilament, & “Pull-Thru” Bases:
When washing hand-tied, monofilament, or pull-via hairpieces, be certain that to always jon renau alia wig wash and rinse with the base prime-aspect up. Do not swish the piece up and down within the water, as the knots at the bottom may “push via” to the other facet of the fabric. You need the water to cross via the base in a downward path, from roots to ends. An easy way to perform this is to pin the piece to a styling block before washing.
